Massage therapy is a best described as re-organization of muscle, tendons, ligaments, surrounding fascia and related joints in order to have the body is better working function.  It is becoming one of the most frequently used forms of recovery in people of all ages and activity level​.

Considered the "Western" form of acupuncture, it is based on stimulating neurofunctionally-sensitive areas of the body in order to affect the nervous system of the human body. It is highly effective with conditions related to irritated nerves or inactive muscles due to poor nerve conduction​.
